Consignor Agreement

Welcome! We are thrilled you want to join in and sell in our shop. We sell children's clothing size NB to 14 as well as shoes, books, toys, accessories, and baby gear.

Here's how it works:

When you bring your items in, we will go through and select the items that will best fit our shopper's needs. Please understand not all items will fit the specified needs and we may pass on some items. Items must be in great condition free of tears, stains, pet hair, or holes. It is up to the discretion of the shop to accept any item.

You will receive 40% of the selling price and are entitled to the money owed at any time. On any item that is listed over $100 you will receive 50% of the selling price. Once an item sells, the money will be credited into your account and may be taken out in cash or used as store credit. The credit in your account does not expire. If the account balance is over $50 a check may be made out to the consignor at any time upon your request.

We base our prices on supply and demand and will work to get the best possible prices for you. Items may be marked down at the discretion of the shop.

Our consignment period is 60 days. You will be give a 7-day grace period following the 60th day. It is the consignor's responsibility to pick up the items on the 60th day. If unsold items are not picked up within the specified time frame, the items become the property of Little Love Resale and will be donated or discounted at the shop's discretion. If you choose to pick up your unsold items, please give us a call the day prior to make sure items are pulled before your arrival. If a request is made to pull items for pick up, please pick up within 48 hours. If the items are not picked up in a timely manner, they will become the property of Little Love Resale and will be donated.

To utilize our drop and run option you are welcome to leave your items with us while we go through them at our convenience. We will send you an email and let you know of the items we have taken and if there are any remaining items to be picked up. Please pick up unwanted items within 48 hours. If items are not picked up within 48 hours, they will become property of Little Love Resale and will be donated.

Little Love Resale will do our best to safeguard your items. We are not responsible for damage or loss. If after accepting an item and we notice a flaw or stain on the item, it will be pulled from the floor and donated at Little Love Resale's discretion.
