How much can I bring in?

- We have a firm two grocery sized bag or one small Rubbermaid type tote limit per visit. We understand you have a lot to consign, and we love that! However, bringing in too many items at a time overwhelms our backroom as we have multiple drop offs per day. We want to get your items out as soon as possible to sell - limiting drop offs each day helps us do that.

Can I bring out of season items in?

- We only accept the current season for consignment. To get the most up to date information on what season we are currently accepting, you can check out our site or social media pages for updates.

Can I bring larger items in?

- We highly recommend calling or messaging prior to bringing in larger items to confirm we have the space for them. We do not accept any car seats, cribs, bedding, or nursery furniture.

How do I know when my things have sold?

- When you drop off your items to consign, we are happy to give you a reminder card or you are welcome to put the date in your phone for pickup. Our software does not support sending out notifications when an induvial item has sold. The consignor is responsible for keeping track of when items expire or if things need to be picked up. We are available to give updates anytime via phone, email, in store, or via social media. 

My items are expiring, what's next?

-  When your consignment period is over, you are able to come and pick up anything that has not sold. After the expire date, you have 7 days to pick up any remaining items. We kindly ask that you give us a days' notice to pull any remaining items off of the floor. You have 2 business days to collect pulled items, failure to pick up will result in any items being donated.

What if I don't want to pick up expired items?

- You are not required to pick up anything that has expired! After the consignment period is over all items will convert to store inventory to be discounted. After items are discounted, they will be donated. We have a couple of great organizations that all of our items go to!
